CORBOBO or Logitech G: Key Specs
Form factor and size
The Logitech G413 SE offers a full-size layout, measuring 17.1 inches in length, 1.97 inches in width, and 1.43 inches in height. It weighs 1.72 pounds. This design includes a dedicated number pad, which suits users who need numeric input for work or gaming. The CORBOBO Aula WIN60 HE uses a compact 60% layout. It measures 11 inches in length, 5 inches in width, and 1.1 inches in height. The smaller footprint frees up desk space for mouse movement, which benefits gamers who prefer a larger mousepad area. The Logitech G413 SE is larger, while the CORBOBO Aula WIN60 HE is more portable and space-efficient.
Switch technology
The Logitech G413 SE uses tactile mechanical switches. These provide physical feedback and a distinct click or bump, which many typists and gamers prefer for confirmation of actuation. The CORBOBO Aula WIN60 HE features Hall Effect magnetic switches. These switches detect actuation via a magnetic field rather than physical contact, allowing for rapid trigger response with an ultra-low step distance of 0.02mm. This technology eliminates mechanical wear and enables features like adjustable actuation points. The magnetic switches offer faster response times and greater durability for high-speed gaming, giving the CORBOBO Aula WIN60 HE an advantage in performance speed.
Hot-swap support
The CORBOBO Aula WIN60 HE supports hot-swappable switches. This means you can remove and replace switches without soldering, allowing you to customize the typing feel or repair a faulty switch easily. The Logitech G413 SE does not list hot-swap support in its specifications. Its switches are likely soldered to the PCB, making customization or repair more difficult and requiring technical skill. For users who want to modify their keyboard or try different switch types, the CORBOBO Aula WIN60 HE provides clear flexibility that the Logitech G413 SE lacks.
Backlighting
The Logitech G413 SE features white LED backlighting. This provides uniform illumination across the keys, which is functional for visibility in low-light environments without the distraction of multiple colors. The CORBOBO Aula WIN60 HE offers dynamic RGB lighting with 16.8 million customizable colors. It uses a lower light position design to illuminate PBT keycaps, allowing for various lighting effects and patterns. If you prefer simple, consistent lighting, the Logitech G413 SE is sufficient. If you want extensive customization and visual flair, the CORBOBO Aula WIN60 HE provides more options.
Media controls
The Logitech G413 SE includes dedicated FN key media controls. You can access twelve function keys to control volume, play, pause, skip tracks, mute, toggle lighting, and lock Windows. This allows for quick adjustments without leaving your game or application. The CORBOBO Aula WIN60 HE does not list dedicated hardware media keys in its specifications. You may need to use software or key combinations for media control. The Logitech G413 SE offers more immediate, physical access to common media functions, which is convenient for multitasking.
Build material
The Logitech G413 SE features a brushed aluminum-magnesium alloy top case. This material provides a premium feel and robust structure with minimal flex, ensuring stability during intense typing or gaming sessions. The CORBOBO Aula WIN60 HE does not specify its case material in the provided data. While it is designed for gaming, the lack of listed material information makes it difficult to compare durability and rigidity directly. The Logitech G413 SE offers a confirmed metal build, which generally contributes to a sturdier and more durable keyboard compared to unspecified plastic constructions.
